Chase Nature Reserve is a quiet and relaxing open spaces between Dagenham and Romford, not to be missed. There are gravel paths around the main reserve; however you can go over the back, which means you are walking amongst shrubs, and open grassed areas. There is a area along the east of the reserve where horses graze, although they never bother walkers. This is a gentle stroll type of walk which also takes you around a couple of lakes. |
