Description: | The Boating Lake at Llanyravon. Meander around the boating lake watching the ducks and swans or continue along the river bank towards the town centre.
The Boat House recently suffered an accident so best to take your own refreshments or stop off at the nearby shops.
Favoured by local business people and family groups alike. Occasional walks organised by Greyhound Welfare and very close to the home base of local animal charity, All Creatures Great and Small. Their sanctuary is a few miles away and well worth a visit. |

Description: | Facilities at the sportsground include playing fields and changing facilities for local sports clubs, children’s play area, paddling pool (summer only), pitch and putt course and tennis courts. Winter and Spring walks organised by Greyhound Rescue Wales take place on the last Sunday of every month during Winter and Spring, from 2-3pm (no fundraising). Description: | Parc Bryn Bach is conveniently situated just off the A465 in the Heart of the South Wales Valleys, set in 340 acres of mixed grass and woodland and has a 36-acre lake as its focal point. Various routes from a doodle round the visitor centre to an organised three mile hike. |
