The trail can be walked from either Linlithgow or Falkirk. It's approx 9 miles which can be walked at a steady pace in approx 3.5 hours. It follows the River Avon and so is a great walk for dogs that like water. The trail goes through some wonderful scenery which surprises even those who have lived in the area for years. There are information boards along the way. |
